By completing the following form, you are requsting a release for a player that is required to register within the jusrisdiction of the Wilmot Softball Association.  Please refer to the Wilmot Softball Association's PLAYER RELEASE POLICY to better understand the criteria used in determining any release.  Once the form has been completed and evaluated, you will receive an response confirming or denying the release, as soon as the appropriate Executive personnel have had an opportunity to review and discuss, and not before the registration closes for the current Wilmot Softball Association season.  The Wilmot Softball Association will not entertain any appeals in regards to the final decision rendered.  Any release given, will only be valid for one year and will only be granted in the current season.
